Role Description The Marketing Manager role at MagickWorld is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to grow brand awareness and customer engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing integrated marketing strategies, managing social media and content initiatives, coordinating with design and product teams, and monitoring campaign performance and analytics.



The role also involves collaborating with partners, managing promotions and events, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
Strong skills in campaign planning, social media management, and content-led brand building.
Experience with marketing analytics, performance tracking, and basic reporting tools.
Proficiency in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and project coordination.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and brand voice.
Relevant experience in consumer, lifestyle, travel, or family-focused brands is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
