Short description

We are hiring a Corporate Business Development Manager to build partnerships with corporate organizations and residential societies for conducting free health check-up camps.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach corporate organizations and residential societies.
Connect with HR, HRBP, Admin, Facility Heads and RWA/Society representatives.
Generate leads, arrange meetings and convert prospects into confirmed camps.
Build and maintain long-term corporate/society relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth camp execution.
Generate repeat opportunities and referrals.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development or Partnerships.
Strong corporate/society network.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven lead-generation and client-acquisition experience.
Comfortable with field visits and an onsite role.
