About the Role: We are looking for a Competitive Programming / DSA enthusiast who can inspire and mentor the next generation of software engineers.
As an Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching Data Structures & Algorithms and Competitive Programming,



helping students develop strong problem-solving skills and preparing them for coding competitions, technical interviews, and software engineering careers.
This role is particularly suited for someone who has a strong programming background and genuinely enjoys solving challenging problems and teaching others how to approach them.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging classroom sessions on DSA and Competitive Programming.
Teach algorithms, data structures, problem-solving techniques, and coding patterns.
Mentor students through progressively challenging coding problems.
Prepare coding assignments, contests, assessments, and practice problems.
Conduct doubt-solving and individual/group mentoring sessions.
Help students improve their performance on platforms such as Codeforces, CodeChef, LeetCode, and AtCoder.
Mentor students for competitive programming contests and technical interviews.
Track student performance and provide actionable feedback.
