Role Description The Travel Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for converting travel inquiries into confirmed bookings and building lasting relationships with travelers.



Day-to-day tasks include understanding guest preferences, suggesting suitable itineraries from GIC’s curated trips, preparing detailed proposals, and managing pricing and package customization. The role involves handling reservations and travel arrangements, coordinating with trip captains and local partners, and ensuring all booking details are accurate and timely. The consultant will respond to customer queries across phone, email, and social channels, provide pre- and post-trip support, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of GIC destinations and experiences. This role also contributes to sales targets, maintains CRM records, and provides feedback to the team to improve itineraries and traveler experience.
