18Pixels builds large-scale digital platforms across government, healthcare, e-commerce, agriculture, education, retail and logistics. Now we want you to help us scale our e-commerce vertical.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

*End to end delivery of e-commerce projects: planning, budgets, timelines, teams
*Key integrations: payment gateways, logistics, OMS, ERP/CRM, third-party APIs
*Digital marketing oversight: SEO, campaigns, conversion optimization for client platforms
*New business: identify, pitch, and close e-commerce opportunities
*Client relationships: proposals, negotiations, account growth
*Market awareness of trends like D2C, quick commerce, and headless commerce

WHAT YOU BRING





*Robust technology background, engineering or CS degree, or solid hands-on technical experience.
*4 to 8 years in project management and/or business development ,Deep, hands-on e-commerce expertise
*Ability to speak the language of developers on architecture, APIs, and integrations
*Working knowledge of digital marketing including SEO, performance campaigns, and conversion optimization
*Experience with system integrations such as payment gateways, logistics, OMS, ERP/CRM, and APIs
*Proven track record managing tech projects (Agile/Scrum) and closing deals
*Sharp communication and stakeholder management skills
*Bachelor's in technology or computer science required; MBA a plus
