ROLE:
We are undergoing a major architectural transition to a pure Next.js ecosystem. As our Senior Web Developer, you will drive this initiative by architecting and scaling our new web properties using React, Next.js, and Payload CMS. Your foundational knowledge of WordPress will be utilized to map legacy data and safely migrate us away from our old stack. Because digital visibility in our B2B space is critical, candidates with a solid grasp of Technical and On-Page SEO are highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
CMS Migration:



Lead the end-to-end migration of our digital properties from legacy WordPress to a modern, high-performance Next.js web application.
Architect & Build: Design and develop scalable, server-side rendered and statically generated pages using Vercel, React and Next.js.
Payload Integration: Implement and manage Payload CMS natively within our Next.js ecosystem to empower our marketing and content teams.
Legacy Decommissioning: Navigate our existing WordPress setup to audit content, map data structures, and safely migrate assets over to the new stack.
SEO & Performance: Bake technical SEO into the core architecture. Optimize Core Web Vitals, manage dynamic meta-tags, schema markup, and ensure lightning-fast page load speeds.
Write clean, modular, and maintainable code, set development standards, and collaborate closely with our design and leadership teams.
