POV Studios & Marketing is a creative studio based in Gurgaon, specialising in high-end visual content for fashion, lifestyle, and e-commerce brands. We focus on delivering premium, scroll-stopping content that drives both brand value and performance.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a full-time Video Editor who understands modern content, aesthetics, and pacing. This role is ideal for someone who can turn raw footage into high-quality, engaging edits tailored for social media, ads, and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

* Edit videos for Instagram Reels, ads, brand campaigns, and e-commerce content
* Work closely with the creative team to execute visual direction and storytelling
* Handle color grading, sound design, transitions, and motion graphics where required
* Deliver fast-turnaround edits without compromising quality
* Organise and manage footage, assets, and project files efficiently
* Stay updated with current editing trends, formats,



and platform algorithms

Requirements:

* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro (After Effects is a plus)
* Strong sense of pacing, music sync, and visual storytelling
* Experience in editing fashion, lifestyle, or brand content preferred
* Ability to adapt to different brand tones and styles
* Basic understanding of social media formats (Reels, Ads, YouTube, etc.)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment

Bonus Points:

* Experience with motion graphics or VFX
* Knowledge of color grading tools (DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
* Prior agency or studio experience
