Technical Lead

Location: Pune, India

Shift: 1 PM – 10 PM IST

Experience: 8+ years

Position Overview

We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive a scrum team for all necessary deliverables and serve as the technical face of the team for major decisions. This position will be based in our Pune office and work closely with product, engineering leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on the Momentive Careers roadmap.

Position Summary

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for driving a scrum team to deliver project commitments and orchestrating complex application development across the full lifecycle — from concept through post-production support and maintenance of server, OS, web applications, and services. You will oversee application code development, contribute to and manage version-controlled source code repositories, and lead assigned tasks to create measurable value using industry-recognized agile methodologies and best practices. You will advocate the architecture standards and guidelines set by engineering leadership,



and must demonstrate quality, brevity, and timeliness in all deliverables.
