Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Srinagar. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their loan requirements, explain suitable products, and guide them through the borrowing process. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads,



conducting client meetings, presenting loan options from multiple financial institutions, and supporting clients with application and documentation. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and external lender partners to ensure timely processing and disbursement of loans. The Sales Associate will also maintain accurate records, achieve sales targets, and provide a high standard of customer service.
