Job Purpose -

The role will lead the social media and content strategy for a leading and iconic Indian tractor brand, and will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing all organic and creative content initiatives across digital platforms. It will also be responsible for crafting compelling brand narratives, fostering community engagement, and analysing content performance to derive insights for improved reach, engagement, and brand affinity. The goal is to strengthen the brand’s voice, build a loyal digital community, and support business growth through impactful storytelling and creative excellence.

Principal Accountabilities -

Social Media Strategy & Execution

Develop and oversee the brand’s social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
Plan and execute content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal priorities
Monitor trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to inform strategy and content formats

Creative Direction & Content Production





Lead ideation and production of high-quality visual and written content (videos, reels, carousels, infographics, etc.)
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, photographers, and videographers to ensure timely and brand-aligned output
Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity across all creative assets

Community Management

Oversee engagement and response strategy across social platforms
Monitor brand sentiment and escalate feedback or issues to relevant teams
Build and nurture online communities through interactive content and conversations

Campaign Integration

Work closely with the performance marketing team to align creative assets with paid campaigns
Support influencer and partnership campaigns with creative briefs and content coordination
Ensure organic and paid content are harmonized for maximum impact

Analytics & Optimization

Track and analyze engagement metrics, reach, sentiment, and content performance
