✔ Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, administrative expertise, and excellent communication and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Senior – Human Resources
• Lead HR strategy and workforce planning.
• Drive recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Ensure statutory compliance.
• Manage performance management, employee relations,



and KRA-based appraisal systems.
Senior – Training & Placement
• Strengthen corporate partnerships and industry relations.
• Lead internships and campus placement initiatives.
• Drive skill development programs.
• Foster industry–academia collaboration.
