Role Description This is a full-time, in office Proposal Engineer role based in Noida.
The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing and writing technical and commercial proposals for industrial and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and AEEPL’s engineering standards. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing tender documents, coordinating with engineering, sales, and procurement teams to gather technical and pricing inputs, and developing complete proposal packages with clear scope, costing, and schedules. The role involves supporting sales initiatives through technical clarifications, participating in client meetings and presentations, and maintaining accurate proposal documentation and databases. The Proposal Engineer will also contribute to process improvements, assist in bid strategy discussions, and help ensure timely, high-quality submissions that enhance the company’s competitiveness.
