Role Description The Executive Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. The person in this position will manage the end-to-end sales cycle for residential and commercial projects, including prospecting, lead qualification, property presentations, and closing deals. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, responding to inquiries, conducting site visits,



and providing accurate information on project features, pricing, and timelines. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for documentation, post-sales support, and customer service, while maintaining sales records and reporting performance to management. The Executive Sales Representative is expected to meet or exceed sales targets, actively participate in promotional events, and represent Saltee Group professionally in all client interactions.
