Head – Back Office Operations (Stock Broking / Discount Broking)
We are looking for an experienced and process-driven professional from the Stock Broking Industry who can independently lead Back Office Operations with strong operational control, accuracy & ownership.

What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end Back Office Operations for the broking business
Handle daily operational activities with strong accuracy & compliance
Work extensively on TechExcel software and operational workflows
Manage trade processing, settlements, client reporting & reconciliations
Coordinate with exchanges, depositories & internal stakeholders
Oversee account opening, KYC verification & operational documentation
Handle DP-related operational activities and client servicing
Ensure smooth execution of operational processes within timelines
Build strong controls, SOPs & operational efficiency frameworks
Support audits,



compliance requirements & regulatory processes
We Want Someone Who
Comes specifically from Stock Broking / Discount Broking industry
Has strong hands-on experience in Back Office Operations
Has practical working knowledge of TechExcel software
Understands KYC, onboarding & DP operational processes
Is highly process-oriented, detail-focused & operationally strong
Can handle pressure, volumes & operational escalations effectively
Has robust coordination & team management abilities
Preferred Experience
Experience in Discount Broking operations is mandatory
Exposure to Exchange & Depository operational workflows
Understanding of compliance & regulatory operational requirements
Ability to independently manage operational functions
