About the Role
Digiqt Technolabs is looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to join our Agile development teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of high-caliber front-end and back-end engineers
Design and develop user-facing full-stack applications
Build reusable front-end and back-end components and libraries
Optimize applications for performance across web-capable devices and browsers
Optimize backend systems for high-scale workloads




Contribute to architecture, system design, and NFRs
Design databases and data models across RDBMS and NoSQL databases
Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance APIs
Troubleshoot and debug complex JavaScript and production issues
Develop enterprise-quality solutions from scratch, selecting the right technology based on the problem
Translate functional requirements into effective and scalable technical solutions
Work hands-on with coding, production debugging, and DevOps

Must-Have Skills & Experience
6+ years of software development experience, including at least 1 year as a Tech Lead
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js
Strong understanding of React.js or Vue.js and their core principles
Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, Python, and Microservices
Strong experience in API implementation, with a focus on security, scalability, and performance
Strong experience in database design a
