The Opportunity

Queen Elizabeth’s School, Gurugram is seeking a vigilant, responsible and
technically competent CCTV Surveillance Operative to support the School’s
security and safeguarding operations. The role will be responsible for
continuous monitoring of CCTV systems, identifying and escalating security or
safeguarding concerns, maintaining surveillance records, and ensuring the
effective operation of the School’s CCTV infrastructure.





This is a key role in maintaining a protected, secure and welcoming environment for
students, staff and visitors. The successful candidate will work closely with
the Security, Facilities, IT, HR and School Leadership teams and will be
required to exercise a high level of discretion, integrity and confidentiality
at all times.

The Role

* Monitor live CCTV feeds across the School campus and other designated
locations on a 24x7/shift basis.
* Identify and promptly escalate suspicious activity, security breaches,
unauthorised access, safety concerns or unusual behaviour.
* Respond appropriately and immediately to incidents observed through CCTV
monitoring, following established School procedures.
* Conduct routine health checks of cameras, NVRs/DVRs, recording systems,
storage and monitoring consoles.
* Identify and report camera outages, blind spots, recording failures and other
technical issues.
