Role Description The Security Compliance/GRC Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The analyst is responsible for assessing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, standards, and controls across the organization’s systems and processes.



Day-to-day tasks include performing risk assessments, monitoring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, supporting audits, and documenting findings and remediation plans. The role involves coordinating with technology, operations, and management teams to align security practices with business objectives, as well as tracking and reporting on security metrics and governance activities. The analyst will also assist in developing awareness programs, reviewing third-party risks, and contributing to continuous improvement of the organization’s security posture.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Cybersecurity and Information Security, including understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and data protection practices.
Relevant experience of 7+ years with Security Compliance/GRC Analyst.
