Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Noida. The Business Development Specialist will identify and qualify prospective students and partner institutions through lead generation and follow-up activities. Responsibilities include conducting market research to understand education trends and target markets,



presenting Affinity’s services to potential clients, and maintaining strong relationships through effective communication and customer service. The role involves preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth admissions and consultation processes, and tracking performance metrics and conversion rates. The specialist will also participate in events, seminars, or outreach campaigns to expand Affinity’s presence in the international education space.
