Job Purpose -

This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of digital ecosystems including

1.Website development and management
2. Digital brand campaigns
3. Performance media
4. SEO/GEO strategies

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance digital visibility, drive online brand traction and engagement, and deliver measurable outcomes for the TAFE brand. The role involves leading key digital initiatives while leveraging Mar-tech tools and data-driven insights to optimize performance.

Principal Accountabilities -

1. TAFE Digital Strategy & Brand Campaigns

Growth Leadership: Develop and lead comprehensive digital growth strategies aligned with TAFE brand objectives.

Integrated Campaigns: Lead, plan, and execute integrated digital brand campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Brand Storytelling: Align all digital initiatives with TAFE brand storytelling and overall business impact.

Media Planning: Drive digital media planning and buying across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to optimize for ROI and engagement.





2. Digital Ecosystem & Website Ownership

Infrastructure Management: Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of all TAFE brand websites.

Performance Optimization: Ensure seamless UX/UI, mobile responsiveness, and high-speed performance across all web assets.

Content & Landing Pages: Manage content updates and the creation of intent-driven landing pages to support dealer and distributor activities.

3. Advanced Search & Local Visibility (SEO/GEO/GMB)
Search Excellence: Lead SEO strategy including keyword planning, technical SEO, and on-page/off-page optimization.

Future-Proofing (GEO): Drive GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives to enhance TAFE's visibility in AI-driven search environments and evolving search algorithms.

Google My Business (GMB): Oversee GMB management to improve local visibility; ensure accurate and optimized listings for all entities and locat
