We are looking for a motivated and results driven Business Development Executive who enjoys meeting people, building strong qualified relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting them into successful projects.

What You'll Do
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Kerala.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, builders, developers, contractors, and corporate clients.
Identify upcoming projects and generate enquiries for false ceilings, drywall partitions, acoustic solutions, and interior finishing works.
Visit project sites, understand client requirements, and identify opportunities for Almond.




Coordinate with the estimation and technical teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and project submissions.
Conduct product, system, and solution presentations to consultants, architects, and clients.
Follow up on enquiries and quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and drive projects towards closure.
Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and project stakeholders.
Track upcoming projects, tenders, market developments, and competitor activities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in business development, project sales, or B2B sales.
Experience in construction materials, interiors, false ceilings, drywall partitions, acoustics, architectural products, or building materials will be an advantage.
