Role Description The Loan Recovery Executive (Voice Process) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves making outbound and inbound calls to customers to remind them of upcoming or overdue loan payments, explain repayment options, and negotiate feasible payment plans in line with company policies.



The executive will update and maintain accurate records of interactions, payment commitments, and follow-ups in the system. The role also includes resolving basic customer queries related to loan accounts, escalating complex issues when needed, and ensuring that all communication adheres to regulatory and compliance guidelines. The Loan Recovery Executive will collaborate with the finance and customer support teams to reduce delinquency rates and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
