About the Role

We are looking for a Corporate Wellness Manager to develop corporate partnerships and coordinate free health check-up camps for employees and residential communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach corporate organizations and residential societies.
Connect with HR, HRBP, Admin, Facility Heads and RWA/Society representatives.
Generate leads and arrange meetings with key decision-makers.
Convert prospects into confirmed health camps.
Build and maintain long-term corporate relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth camp execution.
Generate repeat opportunities and referrals.




Manage regular follow-ups and partnership records.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Corporate Wellness or Relationship Management.
Strong corporate/society networking and lead-generation skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Experience dealing directly with decision-makers.
Comfortable with field visits and an on-site role.
Healthcare, wellness or employee-engagement experience will be an advantage.
