Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of digital marketing campaigns and projects for a portfolio of international clients based in the US, GCC and India. The ideal candidate will be a solid communicator and cross-functional leader who can manage multiple concurrent projects across time zones, balance client expectations with internal delivery capabilities, and ensure consistent, high-quality output across SEO, paid media, social, content, creative, web, and analytics workstreams.

This role requires someone comfortable navigating cultural and business nuances between US, GCC and India markets, managing distributed teams, and driving projects from strategy through execution and reporting.
Client & Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned US, GCC and India-based clients, building trusted, long-term relationships.
Lead client onboarding, kickoff calls, and ongoing status/strategy meetings across time zones.
Understand client business goals, KPIs,



and industry context to guide digital marketing strategy and prioritization.
Manage client expectations proactively, including scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Handle escalations, resolve conflicts, and manage difficult conversations with professionalism and diplomacy.

Project & Program Management

Own the full project lifecycle: planning, scoping, resourcing, execution, QA, delivery, and reviews
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, RACI charts, and status trackers for multiple simultaneous accounts.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (SEO, PPC/paid media, social media, content, design, web development, analytics) to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across a distributed team spanning US and India.
Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early; implement mitigation plans.
Ensure all projects follow internal quality standards and brand/client
