Job Summary
Trade Finance Quality Audit (QA)

Role Overview:
Focused on ensuring the quality, compliance, and reliability of trade finance solutions built on Newgen's platform. Involves testing, auditing, and validating trade finance workflows (letters of credit, guarantees, collections, supply chain finance).
Supports implementation projects by ensuring that delivered solutions meet both business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional, performance, and security testing of trade finance applications.
Audit trade finance processes to ensure compliance with international banking standards and AML/KYC regulations.
Validate documentation and transaction flows (e.g., bills of lading, invoices, LC issuance).
Identify defects, log issues, and track resolutions to closure.




Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
Provide quality assurance sign-off before deployment and client onboarding.

Experience Requirements
2-4 years of experience in QA/testing within trade finance or banking applications.
Solid knowledge of trade finance products (letters of credit, guarantees, collections).
Familiarity with QA methodologies, defect tracking tools, and automation frameworks.
Understanding of compliance requirements (AML, sanctions, Basel guidelines).
