Role Description The Manufacturing Head is a full-time, in office role based in Shoolagiri, responsible for overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations for thixotropic gels. The role involves leading production planning, ensuring quality standards and GMP compliance, and driving operational excellence across all plant activities. The Manufacturing Head will manage and develop production teams, optimize resource utilization,



and ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. This position also includes monitoring performance metrics, implementing process improvements, collaborating with R&D; and supply chain, and supporting continuous innovation in manufacturing practices.
Qualifications

Strong expertise in Manufacturing and Operations Management, with experience overseeing plant or factory-level operations.
Proficiency in Production Planning and resource management to ensure efficient and timely output.
Demonstrated capability in Operational Excellence, including process optimization, cost control, and performance improvement initiatives.
Solid knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and quality systems, with a focus on safety, compliance, and documentation.
