ABOUT THE ROLE:
Canonsphere is looking for a proactive and well-connected Public Relations Manager to lead its public relations, media outreach and external communications.
The selected candidate will be responsible for strengthening Canonsphere’s visibility, developing relationships with media organisations and professional communities and identifying current opportunities for publicity, partnerships and collaborations.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute PR strategies for Canonsphere’s events, competitions, workshops, seminars and other initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with media houses, publications, legal professionals, colleges, institutions, organisations and potential collaborators.
Identify and secure media partnerships, promotional collaborations and publicity opportunities.
Draft and coordinate press releases, media pitches, announcements and PR communications.
Coordinate with media partners before, during and after Canonsphere initiatives.
Explore opportunities for interviews, features, podcasts, articles and other forms of external visibility.
Coordinate with the Events, Marketing, Design and Content teams to ensure consistent communication.
Maintain a database of media contacts, collaborators and PR opportunities.
