Job Purpose -

You will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of TAFE Tribe, Merchandise business through strategic merchandising, business development, and on-ground execution. This role involves managing product portfolios development, vendor network expansion, vendor partnerships strengthening, and pricing strategies to build a scalable and profitable business model.

You will work closely with internal teams, dealers, and external partners to establish solid distribution channels, enhance customer experience, and implement technology-driven solutions across markets.

Principal Accountabilities -

Expand Vendor partner network across Domestic and International markets.
Expand the Merchandise product portfolio tailored as per domestic and international markets demands.
Clear understanding of domestic and international product norms
Support domestic and international dealers with merchandising, product visibility, and sales enablement.
Monitor sale performance and optimize efforts
Drive product assortment planning, positioning, and lifecycle management.




Identify gaps and opportunities for portfolio expansion.
Negotiate commercial terms and ensure cost-effective procurement.
Maintain quality standards and ensure timely delivery of products.
Develop pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and customer insights.
Drive adoption of technology solutions for business operations and scalability.
Work across digital platforms for sales, inventory, and customer engagement.
Collaborate with tech teams to enhance platform capabilities and performance.
Enhance end-to-end customer experience across digital and physical touchpoints.
Gather user feedback and implement improvements in product and service delivery.
Ensure seamless customer journey across channels.
Support expansion into international markets including channel setup and partnerships.
