The Role
We're looking for a Medical Representative whose core mandate is getting GPs' patients onboarded into blocProtocol from first introduction, through the blocMarker assessment, to full enrollment in a supervised protocol. This is a field-first, relationship- and follow-through-driven role. You'll work closely with general practitioners to help them understand when a patient may be a fit, support those patients through the assessment and onboarding process.
What You'll Own
GP relationship-building and education
• Build and maintain a territory of general practitioners relevant to UN:BLOC's focus areas
• Educate GPs clearly on what blocMarker and blocProtocol actually are, how the process works, and what kind of patient presentation might be a fit — using only approved material
• Make it easy for a GP to bring UN:BLOC up with a patient — clear language, simple next steps, no burden placed back on the GP's time

Patient onboarding — the core KPI of this role




• Once a GP identifies a potentially interested patient, own the process of following up with that patient directly (with appropriate consent) to explain blocMarker, answer initial questions, and guide them through starting the assessment
• Track each patient's progress through the funnel: GP mention → patient contacted → blocMarker started → blocMarker completed → blocProtocol enrolment
• Report enrolment numbers and conversion rates by GP and by territory

Physician support materials
• Provide GPs with approved patient-facing explainer material they can hand over or reference, so they don't have to explain the mechanism themselves
• Escalate any physician or patient question requiring clinical or scientific detail to the appropriate internal team

Relationship and pipeline management
• Maintain accurate CRM records: GP contacts, patients referred, onboarding status, outcomes
• Build long-term GP relationship
