Job Description

We are looking for a talented and self-driven Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, with a hybrid work model. In this role, you will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, debugging, and deployment of both Web and Mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will lead projects, mentor teams, and collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. You will leverage your expertise in MEAN or MERN stack and relational databases to contribute to cuttingedge software development projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design, Development, Test, and Deploy Applications: Lead the end-to-end development of web and mobile applications using MEAN or MERN stack technologies, ensuring robust, productive, and maintainable solutions.




Technical Leadership: Take ownership of projects, lead development teams, and provide technical direction throughout the project lifecycle.
Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Work with SMEs to resolve complex technical challenges, helping achieve business goals through technology solutions.
DevOps and CI/CD: Use DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps to streamline the development process and enable continuous integration and deployment.
Cloud Integration: Implement cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) for scalable and secure application deployment.
Database Management: Design and manage relational databases like MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, ensuring performance optimization and data integrity.
Agile Development: Participate actively in an Agile environment, contributing to sprints, estimation processes, and collaborative team efforts.
