We're looking for a driven and strategic Market & Sales Strategy Manager to lead go-to-market execution, hospital trial pipelines, and commercial conversion for our surgical product launches in a fast-paced medtech startup. You'll work closely with the Head of Clinical Strategy & Commercialisation and the Product Manager to take our flagship products from trial to market.
What You'll Work On
Own and execute the end-to-end go-to-market roadmap — trials, events, and PR moments — across product launches.
Build and qualify hospital trial pipelines (government and private tracks), from longlist to confirmed trial sites.
Run the commercial pitch motion — events, in-person visits, live demos — and maintain disciplined CRM tracking to move hospitals from trial to commercial conversation.
Route field and trial feedback into structured insight summaries for the product team, and build clinical credibility through relevant certifications.
Plan and deliver validation-led PR and marketing campaigns (content calendars,
launch narratives, trial-win testimonials) tied to real trial outcomes.
Preferred Background
MBA (Marketing/Strategy) or equivalent; healthcare/medtech background a plus.
2–4 years of experience in market strategy, sales, or commercialisation, preferably in a startup or healthcare/medtech setting.
Strong stakeholder management, CRM discipline, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Comfortable with field travel, live product demos, and hospital/clinical environments.
Familiarity with CRM tools, sales funnel tracking, and PR/content coordination.
