About The Role

We are seeking experienced, proactive, and passionate Field Merchandisers to service our leading retail, grocery,



and pharmacy customers (CWH, Woolworths, Big W, Independents). You will be responsible for driving growth in your territory through in-store visual merchandising, activation of marketing and promotional strategies, planogram implementation and campaign execution.

You will be part of a National Field Team, supported by the National Field Operations Manager and our dynamic sales and retail team. This role is casual, approximately 30 hours per week, flexible Monday to Friday with travel reimbursement for travel between stores.

Drive growth through visual merchandising and marketing activations.
Ensure your area is well-serviced and sales targets are met.
Collaborate with a dynamic National Field Team.
Support of your customers with brand and product training.
