Key Responsibilities

3D Modeling

Develop and manage detailed 3D models of structural components and assemblies using Tekla Structures for real estate projects.
Model Coordination

Coordinate and integrate models with design teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across all project elements.
Clash Detection

Conduct clash detection within Tekla models to identify and resolve potential issues prior to construction.
Drawing Extraction

Generate fabrication and installation drawings from 3D models, ensuring compliance with design specifications and standards.
Quality Assurance

Review and verify model integrity and accuracy, maintaining high standards of quality and adherence to project timelines.

Must Have
Essential requirements

Experience

2-5 years of experience in Tekla modeling, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field.
