We are looking for a self-motivated, efficient, and growth-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow the digital presence of our three brands:
@bot_fit_ – Family entertainment & experiences
@parentologybyjjw – Parenting & expert-led community
@jevikaandjoysworld – Kids entertainment & character-driven content
These brands are different branches of the same ecosystem, but each serves a different audience and genre. The ideal candidate should be able to switch between entertainment, parenting, and kids-focused content while maintaining a strong brand identity for each page.
? Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the social media pages of all three brands.
Identify trending and relevant content opportunities.
Create scroll-stopping hooks for reels and short-form videos.
Plan and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars.
Handle daily posting, scheduling, stories, and community engagement.




Monitor performance and suggest ideas to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Coordinate content shoots and ensure timely execution.
Contribute creative growth ideas suitable for startup brands.
? Required Skills
3–4 years of experience in managing and growing quality brands on social media.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Expertise in content planning, hook creation, and content calendar management.
Ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
Good communication and organizational skills.
⭐ Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of camera angles, framing, and lighting.
Basic video editing skills using CapCut.
Basic graphic designing skills using Canva.
Ability to shoot content independently.
A good-quality smartphone for video creation is mandatory.
