Webchefz Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Project Lead/Team Lead- Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern full-stack development, client communication, project delivery, and hands-on experience in building scalable web applications and AI-powered solutions.

Required Skills
6–8 years of experience in full-stack development.
Strong expertise in Laravel, Node.js, NestJS, React.js, and Next.js.
Experience working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Hands-on experience in building and consuming REST APIs and third-party integrations.




Experience with AI automations using Text, Speech, and Call AI applications.
Good knowledge of Git/GitHub and version control workflows.
Experience with DevOps practices, including: Server Management (Developer Level), CI/CD Pipelines, Docker / Kubernetes, Project Builds and Scripting.
Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Windsurf, Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
Robust understanding of software testing, debugging, code optimization, and performance tuning.
Proven experience in client handling and end-to-end project delivery.
