Position Summary
The Senior Manager - Partner Enablement & Support is responsible for managing the operational engagement & support of EC-Council's global partner network. This role focuses on ensuring seamless partner operations through process governance, documentation management, partner enablement, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, process-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a robust attention to detail. The role requires someone who can lead a team, ensure operational excellence,



and consistently deliver a high-quality experience for global partners while adhering to defined processes and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Partner Enablement & Support
Manage day-to-day partner operations and enablement activities across global regions.
Facilitate partner enablement programs, operational communications, and partner support initiatives.
Ensure timely resolution of partner queries through effective coordination with internal stakeholders.
Drive operational excellence by ensuring adherence to established processes and service standards.
Documentation & Compliance
Oversee partner agreements, documentation, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
Ensure compliance with organizational SOPs, governance standards, and documentation requirements.
Maintain accurate partner records and operational documentation.
Team Management & Operational Excellence
Lead, mentor, and manage the Partner Operations team, ensuring
