GLLORA is a growing Indian Demi-Premium Jewellery brand focused on modern, minimal and affordable-luxury jewellery. We are building a robust in-house Performance & Growth team to scale our D2C business from approximately ₹20L/month towards ₹1Cr+ monthly revenue.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager who can take ownership of customer acquisition, paid media, Shopify growth, CRO, creative testing and revenue scaling.

This is not a campaign-execution-only role. We are looking for someone who understands the complete D2C growth funnel:

Traffic → Creative → Product → Shopify → Conversion → CAC → ROAS → Revenue

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and scale Meta & Google Ads.
• Own customer acquisition and paid-media-driven revenue growth.
• Develop prospecting, retargeting and remarketing strategies.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimize spends based on CAC, ROAS and profitability.
• Develop monthly and quarterly performance marketing strategies.
• Manage and optimize Shopify website performance.




• Analyze the complete funnel: Landing Page → Product Page → Add to Cart → Checkout → Purchase.
• Drive CRO, landing-page and product-page optimization.
• Improve CVR, AOV, Add-to-Cart Rate and Purchase Conversion Rate.
• Develop and manage a continuous creative testing strategy.
• Identify winning hooks, formats, messaging and product angles.
• Analyze CAC, ROAS, AOV, CVR, CPA and profitability.
• Manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Identify whether performance issues are related to ads, audience, creative, product, website or checkout.
• Work closely with the creative and website teams to improve performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Marketplace Marketing – Add-On

Experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads/PLA and Myntra Ads will be an advantage.

Marketplace marketing is a secondary responsibility. Strong Jewellery D2C Perf
