Your Role

As an General Manager / Associate General Manager at StayVista, you will lead the region’s overall business performance, and operational excellence.



You’ll be responsible for growing the portfolio of premium vacation homes, driving revenue, improving profitability, and ensuring seamless property onboarding and guest experience, while leading and mentoring high-performing teams.

About You

Build and implement go-to-market strategies to attract and retain property owners.
Oversee end-to-end operations, defining KPIs and improving workflows across teams.
Lead business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and expand market share.
Ensure properties meet StayVista’s operational and service standards.
Foster and maintain long-term relationships with homeowners and local stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and ops teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor team performance and present regular updates to the leadership team.
