About the Role :

Nethority Technologies is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive / Sales Development Representative with experience in selling IT services or software products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a proven ability to generate qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound prospecting.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the business development team.
Generate new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Understand client requirements and effectively position Nethority's IT services and digital solutions.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships until handover or closure.




Achieve monthly lead generation and meeting booking targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to maximize conversion opportunities.

Must-Have Skills :

1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Inside Sales.
Mandatory experience in the IT industry (IT Services, SaaS, Software Products, Digital Solutions, AI, Web or Mobile Development).
Experience selling IT services or software products is mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication skills .
Robust experience in cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, and appointment setting.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.

Preferred:

Experience working with international clients (UK, US).
Knowledge of digital transformation, AI, web development, mobile applications, or digital marketing services.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
