Freelance Senior 3D Animator, Adro Games, remote or Hyderabad
Adro Games is an independent game studio in Secunderabad, Hyderabad. We are building an unannounced stylized 3D game for mobile, and we are looking for a senior freelance 3D animator to raise the quality of our character animation.

The work
Most of the animation already exists. What we are looking for is an animator who can take that existing set and bring it to life: timing and spacing, anticipation and follow through, overlapping action and settles, and the personality that separates a clip that functions from one a player notices. A small number of current animations will be added along the way.

The characters are stylized creatures and monsters with non-human silhouettes and proportions, so that experience matters to us more than human biped work.
The scope is fixed and defined, and we will walk you through all of it before anything begins. Everything runs on phones, so the work needs to read at small screen size, loop cleanly, and come back ready for Unity.

You are likely a fit if




You have around 5 years of professional 3D animation experience, or a portfolio solid enough to speak for itself
Creature and monster animation is a real strength: weight, anticipation, follow through, and convincing mass on non-human rigs
You enjoy elevating existing animation, not only building from scratch
You are fluent in Blender or Maya and comfortable delivering clean, engine ready files for Unity
You take direction well, hold a deadline, and say so early when something slips

Useful, not essential
Mobile experience, including awareness of bone counts, clip lengths, and file size
Rigging, or the ability to adapt and repair rigs you are given
Stylized animation treated as a craft in its own right rather than as simplified realism
