Digiaccel Learning is looking to expand its strategic initiatives team. This team works on two kinds of initiatives - business critical or new revenue streams. Think of the team as operators that make an outsized impact by working on the hard, needle moving things at the company.

The company has two established lines of revenue – MDPs (education programs for working professionals to raise the bar/ reskill) and PGP (Reimagined MBA for the digital & AI first world).

We are looking for an data-driven Analytics Manager to power data-backed decision-making in the organization and mentor the next set of business leaders in the country.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the senior leadership to deliver insights and strategic guidance on data management. The individual will manage the analytics function end-to-end - overseeing analysts’ workflows, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in execution, monitoring key outputs and driving continuous improvement,



while playing a key role in mentoring and teaching PGP students in real-world analytics applications.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring data quality, partnering with Program, Sales and other departments to consolidate and organise data, implement and maintain dashboards and support organizational budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. It also requires business understanding, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of key metrics.
