We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive – Software Sales to join our in-house sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building solid client relationships, and driving sales of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided database.
Introduce and explain the company’s software products and services to potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and identify suitable software solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Schedule product demonstrations, meetings, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations in coordination with the marketing and technical teams.
Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate the value of software solutions.




Negotiate with prospects and follow up to convert qualified leads into successful sales.
Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business, upgrades, and additional solutions.
Research market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Submit regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Achieve individual and team sales targets within the assigned timelines.

Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, BBA, BCA, BSc, BTech, MBA, or a related field.
Freshers and candidates with relevant experience in software sales, IT sales, telecalling, or business development may apply.
