Adfactors PR is looking for a seasoned professional in Crisis Communication with a robust Legal background.

If you have 8–12 years of experience and thrive at the intersection of reputation management, crisis advisory and legal strategy, we would like to hear from you.

What you’ll do:
Lead and advise clients on high-stakes crisis communication and reputation management mandates.
Develop crisis response strategies, messaging frameworks and stakeholder communication plans.
Work closely with senior leadership, legal teams and other advisors during sensitive situations.
Assess reputational and legal risks and translate complex issues into clear communication strategies.
Support media engagement, issues management and crisis preparedness initiatives.
Counsel clients on navigating regulatory, legal and reputational challenges.

What we’re looking for:
8–12 years of relevant professional experience.




Strong Legal background with excellent understanding of risk, compliance and legal processes.
Demonstrated experience in Crisis Communication, Issues Management or Reputation Advisory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Strong stakeholder management and strategic advisory skills.
Consulting background will be an added advantage.
Experience of working with senior leadership and complex, high-sensitivity situations will be preferred.
