VT Netzwelt is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative with 2–3 years of proven experience in lead generation across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, email, Slack, and cold calling. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of software development services and technologies, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to independently achieve sales targets. The role will also involve supporting the sales team throughout the deal-closing process.
This is an office-based, night-shift position aligned with US working hours and focused primarily on international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads primarily through outbound telephonic outreach, supplemented by digital channels including email campaigns and professional networking platforms.
Proactively identify prospective clients within target markets through diligent cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation initiatives.
Ascertain and validate client requirements in alignment with the company's service offerings.
Accurately record and update sales activities, lead statuses, and progression within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Consistently achieve and surpass established monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
Maintain a current understanding of evolving software development trends, technologies, and industry best practices to facilitate informed discussions with prospects.
Required Skills & Competencies
Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of documented sales experience, specifically within the IT or software development services sector.
Demonstrate a proven track record in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email outreach, with the ability to effectively convert leads and close deals with international clients. Experience working with the US market will be preferred.
