Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team at our Indiranagar, Bangalore office. This role will give you hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced EdTech environment. If you are eager to learn HR and love talking to people, this is for you.



This Internship provides an excellent opportunity for Individuals interested in pursuing career in Human Resource to learn and grow in a supportive environment .The Successful candidate will work closely with HR Team to support day to day operations and contribute to the organisation's overall success.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Talent Acquisition team in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles.
Conduct first-level screening of candidates from the internal database and external sources to assess basic fitment (as per defined criteria).
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other relevant channels.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews (telephonic, virtual, or in-person) between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate interest, communication skills, and role alignment.
