We focus on acquiring and advising mid to large corporate clients across a broad spectrum of Health & Perks products, including Medical, Accident & Disability, Term Life, Business Travel, and other employee wellbeing solutions. Our approach combines deep market knowledge, consultative selling, and strong insurer partnerships to deliver tailored, cost‑effective, and compliant benefit programs. Role The team works closely with clients to understand their workforce demographics, risk profile, and organizational goals, enabling us to recommend solutions that enhance employee value propositions while supporting long‑term business sustainability. From initial prospecting and solution design to negotiations, placement, and onboarding, we provide end‑to‑end support throughout the client acquisition journey.
