We are looking for a highly driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a robust hunting mindset who enjoys building relationships, uncovering business challenges, and helping enterprises solve complex customer experience problems through technology. You will own opportunities from prospecting through closure and work closely with Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to drive new business growth.
Responsibilities
Enterprise Prospecting & Pipeline Development
Identify and engage enterprise accounts through outbound prospecting, referrals, events, and strategic networking.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Develop account plans for target enterprise accounts. Discovery & Consultative Selling
Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, goals, and existing processes.
Map business problems to relevant customer experience and digital intelligence solutions.
Engage multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions.



Product Demonstrations & Solution Positioning
Deliver compelling business-focused product demonstrations.
Collaborate with Solutions Consultants during evaluations and proof-of-concepts.
Articulate ROI, business impact, and value realization. Opportunity Management
Own opportunities from qualification through closure.
Manage stakeholders, commercial discussions, negotiations, and procurement processes.
Maintain forecast accuracy and CRM hygiene. Revenue Growth
Consistently achieve revenue targets and new logo acquisition goals.
Build long-term relationships with enterprise customers.
Skills and qualifications
Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in a similar role within the Saa S industry.
Familiarity with domestic/ international markets and cultural nuances.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to conduct successful discovery calls and schedule meetings.
