This Position reports to: Service Manager Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure the Service portfolio is delivered effectively according to ABB standard processes and safety guidelines to satisfy customers. Each day, you will execute technical support, act as a specialist, and solve problems in your own area of expertise. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating both with the customer and ABB sales teams proactively to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for service growth.



Major responsibilities include Process machine insulation condition-monitoring data received from the field using ABB tools and to interpret the results to diagnose equipment condition. Prepare expert reports for customers which include practical recommendations and mitigation measures. Coordinating with field testing engineers to collect right data for analysis and at times getting involved in field testing. Actively participate in the process of automation of routine analysis, reducing the time for report generation. Perform all activities in compliance with contract specifications, ABB quality standards, and safety requirements.
