DESCRIPTION: We are seeking an Engineer II - Documentation Specialist to support document lifecycle management, engineering standards control, version management, and governance processes for the Global CM Documentation & Industrialization Hub.



This role will help ensure that manufacturing documentation, supplier records, engineering templates, best practices, and technology transfer materials are controlled, organized, accessible, and maintained in accordance with defined governance and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities Manage document lifecycle processes including creation, review, approval, release, revision, archival, and retirement of controlled documentation Maintain version control, naming conventions, metadata standards, taxonomy, and repository structure for CM documentation libraries Support governance of engineering templates, manufacturing standards, work instructions, playbooks, and best-practice documents Coordinate document reviews and approvals with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Procurement, and external manufacturing stakeholders Ensure documentation completeness, accuracy, traceability, and compliance with
