Summary: Manages the day-to-day operations for the team and the resources and workload of direct reports. Tracks project timelines, budgets, and resource needs. Effectively ensures delivery across all project requirements. Serves as a key contact for client interactions. Provides technical leadership across departmental processes and projects. Identifies and participates in the development of needed tools and process improvements to increase efficiencies within the project and the team. Essential Functions: • Manages staff, which may include interviewing and selection, job description preparation, professional development, goal setting,



performance management, coaching and mentoring, employee counseling, and separations. Approves courses of action on salary administration, hiring, corrective action, and terminations.
