Lark is looking for a high-energy, business-oriented Head of Marketing who can build marketing as a growth engine—not just a brand or communications function.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of Marketing with 5+ years of experience and a proven track record of driving measurable business growth through marketing.
This role will own the complete marketing function—from strategy and brand building to demand generation, growth hacking, content, digital acquisition, affiliate marketing and sales enablement.




The ideal candidate is a growth marketer who understands business numbers and can connect every marketing activity to leads, conversions, revenue and business outcomes.
You should be equally comfortable discussing:
CAC → Traffic → Leads → Conversion → Revenue → ROI
The role requires someone who is highly hands-on, entrepreneurial and comfortable using AI as a core marketing capability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build Marketing as a Business Growth Engine
Develop and execute Lark's overall marketing and growth strategy.
Build marketing plans directly aligned with business and revenue targets.
Identify new customer acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
Develop campaigns that generate measurable leads, customers and revenue.
Own marketing funnel from awareness → acquisition → engagement → conversion → retention.
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
Establish explicit ROI and performance metrics for every major marketing initiative.
